The first is a seared Rockfish with a golden beet purée. It’s resting on a bed of romanesco, fennel, and almond sauté. 
Our other feature is a foraged wild mushroom pizza. This dish features a black truffle white sauce, mozzarella, Brie, and a mix of Hedgehog and Yellowfoot mushrooms coming to us from the Pacific Northwest.
